Products Information

The shirts are made of either 100% cotton or blended materials, sourced from our long time partners in the shirt making industry. The designs are screen-printed, so they can technically last forever. For very intricate designs that have so many colors, we use heat press.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship anywhere in the Philippines as long as the address is serviceable by any domestic logistics company.

Minimum order worth Php4,000.00 or more are delivered free of charge anywhere in the Philippines! Below Php 4,000.00, an additional fee of Php70 for Metro Manila delivery charge and Php170 Provincial delivery charge.

If delivery is within Metro Manila, you will receive your tees within three (3) to five (5) working days from the time we confirm the full payment of your order. If delivery is in provincial areas, you will get your tees within five (5) to seven (7) days from full payment. For Cash on Delivery (Metro Manila deliveries only, except for Muntinlupa and Las Pinas), you will get your tees within five (5) days.

You will receive order information progress at every stage of the order. Where applicable, a tracking number will be sent over to your email address and/or phone number on record.

Absolutely – we generally have to add a drop-shipment charge per additional location. Please contact us at Email: orders@teetalk.ph or mobile no. 09171343170 , and provide detailed shipping instructions. We’ll let you know the cost.

Orders within Metro Manila are delivered by our own team. For outside MM, we only use trusted 3rd party couriers. In an instance of a loss package, we will work with the courier until the item will be delivered to your preferred location, else we will have the item/s replaced or payment refunded if not solved within 3 months.

We do not yet have the logistics in place to ship individual shirts overseas. However, you can get in touch with us directly, and we’ll see what we can do. Large orders will allow for better overall shipping rates.

Payments

Paying for your order is easy! You can send your payment through online banking, ATM or over the counter. We also offer cash on delivery so you do not need to pay for your order until you receive the tees. For those who want to pay via Paypal or credit card, you can transfer the payment to paypal@teetalk.ph.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after making a payment and want to cancel the order, you may do so for as long as the tees have not yet been scheduled for printing. Please send the request to orders@teetalk.ph with your order# as the subject line. We will refund your payment, less bank charges within seven (7) days from cancellation request confirmation. Unpaid orders after five (5) days without confirmation on commitment to pay will be automatically cancelled.
